J & A On Site Rv Repair Services opened up shop in the summer of 2021 as a family-owned business. Photo above shows Jeff and Ashley, the faces behind the letters J & A. Jeff and Ashley married in 2021, and with their marriage came new foundations & new pathways.
After over a decade of over the road truck driving and repairing semi's, Jeff switched gears and began running with the knowledge of what he was taught under the wing of his mentor and uncle at Sunshine RV (Muskegon). Jeff ran with his knowledge and skills. While working a full-time job he did J & A on the side after his full-time job for nearly a year, until he could drop everything and hold only J&A. Since then, Jeff has been known to mentor others in the field, as well as expanding, opening a second location in the South. (TN)
J & A is very much a grassroots service, grown from the ground up, organically through word of mouth, personable service, care and attentiveness, family roots, and strong values and morals that override all else.
While Jeff manages the service end of parts, repairs and customer relations; Ashley handles the backdrop of things, including social media marketing, Canva graphic design, business card creation, web design, SEO, Storefront products & more.
Our goal in the startup was simply to begin a family-owned business that could eventually be passed on to our two sons while journeying, getting to know the community, and growing together.
We appreciate each and every individual that helped us grow to where we are today!
